THE CIRCUIT
COTA is introducing THE CIRCUIT—a private driving club for those who live and breathe motorsport. Its four-story clubhouse will rise above iconic Turn 1 and connect to the pit building via an aerial gondola, pairing year-round track access with curated driving, elevated dining, and bespoke hospitality every week of the year. Opening in 2027, it sets a new benchmark for private driving clubs.
T11 – Phase 2
The next chapter of T11 will expand the community with additional residences and a larger owner ecosystem—bringing more energy, more neighbors, and an even stronger trackside culture. Timelines are still being finalized, but the direction is clear: T11 is growing, and early ownership sits at the center of what’s next.
